| This is a
one-day Continuing Professional Development course for Registered
Hearing Aid Dispensers and other Audiologists who wish to introduce this
service to their patients or renew their skills and knowledge. We will
cover the mechanisms of the tests, health & safety issues and BSA
Recommended Procedures.
The use of Tympanometry & Reflex Testing in diagnosis and hearing aid audiology will be explained, and there will be a test. Tympanometers etc. will be provided by P.C. Werth Ltd, who are supporting this course. There will be plenty of opportunity for delegates to try the techniques out. Class runs from 9 am to 5 pm 7.5 HAC CPD & 7.5 BSHAA CUEs awarded (accreditation code 6920)
